I've extracted all of the language/locale versions of Lightning 6.2.2.1
from the Thunderbird 60.2.1 Linux (binary) release tarballs, they are
available at:

If you are reluctant to install an extension from some random Internet
person (I wouldn't blame you), you can also download the release tarball
for your locale from the Thunderbird homepage
(https://www.thunderbird.net/), then extract the .xpi file from the
thunderbird/distribution/extensions directory (inside the archive).
