Public bug reported:

The latest release from ubuntu 16.4 was very very sloly. Than I installd 8.10 and this run very good!
I became not conection to the website ancestry. I became only the message: (errorcode: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
I can this not turn off or other :(
