Thank you Norbert for good job, hotkeys with yours patch works good! But there is one moment, keyboard layout still switch on key RELEASE and when I'am using CTRL+SHIFT+T my keyboard layout is changed to another and it is not good, because I doesn't expect for keyboard layout switching when I use hotkeys.
Is there any change to make keyboard layout switching on key release, not key down?

P.S.: Developers would be grateful to you.

Ubuntu 18.04.
