Haven't  found this to be a problem in my  games, considering the money you use to buy Youmuu's can  instead be put  in  a BF  Sword which isn't a  setback at all,  and  usually at this point no one has enough armor that they are a problem to you unless you are behind.   
If  they are stacking armor early  I'd get an early last whisper, but only  in some very niche cases.  The build  above is  barely the framework, every build is entirely situational.
