[Bug 1660086] [NEW] Apparmor blocks firefox 51.0.1 reading /usr/share/distro-info/debian.csv

Public bug reported:

When starting FF in console, console output reports:

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/share/distro-
info/debian.csv'

To reproduce this issue, please note that I first had to apparmor-
unblock python 3.5 to run into this issue (there's issue 1659988 for
that).

You'll find the full stacktrace attached.

The issue can be solved by unblocking FF's apparmor profile with a

/usr/share/distro-info/debian.csv r,

A patch is available at 1659988.
