Hello. I've had the same message/error today. It seems, that the
"plugin-container" profile was responsible (which, I created today).
But, there was not any entries in the log files such as
`/var/log/kern.log` or `/var/log/syslog`. Everything was OK: for example
putting profile in the "enforce" mode etc. Message has shown after
enabling Firefox (by clicking on an icon).

So, I decided to remove the "plugin-container" profile, reload AppArmor
and Firefox profile (because there must be added one rule related to
plugin) and everything started to work normally. I have e10s enabled, a
couple of plugins installed etc. I've never saw such error.

Firefox ver.: 50.1.0
Flash ver.: 24.0.0.194ubuntu0.12.04.1

Best regards.
