Subject: Yes they are.

My  family  had a cat named  Jack Black when I was younger and  he would
run as  fast as he could into the kitchen  and he'd end up sliding  and
slamming his head against the refrigerator.


He  would do this every day. For absolutely no reason at all. 

Eventually we had to  get one  of those baby gates to try and prevent
him from doing it. Instead of jumping over the gate, he'd slammed head
first into  it.

Everyday.
