[Bug 1686247] [NEW] Firefox should Suggests libavcodec

Public bug reported:

Firefox needs libav to play MP3 music and MP4 videos on the web. The
firefox package should Suggests the corresponding libavcodec package so
there is a clue for the user about which package they need to install to
get the full multimedia functionality in Firefox.

In Zesty, Firefox would need
Suggests: libavcodec57
