[Bug 1582249] [NEW] No POP3 connexion

Thunderbird 1.38.7.2
CUBUNTU 14.04 LTS amd64

No pop3 connexion to my local popa3d mail server.
(Connection with no SSL nor certicifate: simply name and password)
I've try to change from pop3 server, with Dovecot, but it did not change the problem.
I have to go back to an earlier version (The one proposed by SYNAPTIC was 1.24.4.0)
With that old version every things is working fine.
