[Bug 1577782] [NEW] firefox 46 unable to reproduce sound

Public bug reported:

After updating to Ubuntu 16.04 (LTS) and Firefox
(46.0+build5-0ubuntu0.16.04.2) I realized the browser is unable to
reproduce any sound. Youtube videos, notifications, etc. It does not
crash or show any kind of error message. Restarting the browser or the
computer shows no effect.

When I try Chromium browser, for example, everything is fine.

Could it be some incompatibility or something went wrong during the
updates?
