bajo todas las actualizaciones que me llegan y a pesar de ello ubuntu 14.04 anda cada vez peor 
no tengo quien me ayude ,no se inglés y quiero seguir usando distros de linux 
por favor ,si alguien puede aconsejarme en forma sencilla para no tener tropiezos en el uso 

kubuntu está mejor ,pero todos muy lentos

trisquel solo puedo entrar como invitado
