[Bug 1588677] [NEW] debloat FF: RFD to drop chat functionality

Public bug reported:

Firefox has become way too bloated.  It now even has a chat compenent!
Seriously?  I find that totally out of place even in TB.  One tool, one
job.  I wonder if it is possible to deactivate the chat code at build
time with a switch and if so, to actually deactivate it in Ubuntu.
