[Bug 1548775] [NEW] How to remove extension which was disabled by FireFox itself?

See attached screenshot.

The guys from FireFox forgot to add button for removal of the extension
which was disabled by FireFox itself (I gusess for security reasons).

This extension "Video WithOut flash" hangs on my FireFox forever - I
want be able to remove it.
