[Bug 1614255] [NEW] firefox window resists being stacked to top / left /right / down of screen by window manager (mate).

Public bug reported:

does not allow itself to be pushed an edge of the screen with a desktop-
window-manager keyboard shortcut. It snaps back to its original
position.

see the attached screenshot -- specifically where the mouse is -- to see
what shortcuts I'm referring to.
