Michael, you have told us that you are running Vivid Vervet which became
"End of life" on February 4, 2016. What version of Firefox are you
using? You should now be using version 48.0.

Bugs will never be fixed once a release is unsupported or new versions
of software become available.

Please confirm your Ubuntu and Firefox versions.

If you are running a supported Ubuntu release and Firefox 48.0 then
please install and run:

apport-collect 1456181

in a terminal as requested.

I've changed the bug status to "Incomplete" awaiting your input.
