[Bug 1575668] [NEW] Mozilla Firefox playing youtube videos with HDMI - html5 issues

Public bug reported:

I am using raspberry pi 3 with ubuntu-mate 16.04 and i have troubling
issues with the HDMi playing youtube videos.

The video and sound are choppy.

I cannot get it to work.

Currently i just upgraded to Mozilla firefox version 46.

Previously was version 45.0.2

Could kindly fix the bug issue.
