Forget about bugs filed at Mozilla.
The notorious bug no.915 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=915) was filed along with HTMLv4.01 standard.
They just sat down and wait until HTML5 became a standard and that bug went out of meaning.
