[Bug 1408610] Re: cannot select search engine

Clicking the down arrow right next to the magnifying glass brings up a
small dialog "Change Search Settings", but that is cut off.  Clicking
"change Search Settings" brings up the preference "search" window.  It
does seem that the search settings DO WORK.....there is no control as
there used to be to set the search provider.
