[Bug 1426104] [NEW] reporting a bug opens FX, but with empty URL and no infos

Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

- open a Terminal
-- enter "sudo ubuntu-bug firefox"
-- enter your root Password
- Window comes up, Infos where collected
- another Window comes up, send Infos to Develepment?
-- Send
- another Window comes up, sending Infos
- Firefox opens up, without any infos or URL
 - nothing happens!

In Fx 35 and before it was no problem to open up a bug report like
described!
