Hi, whichever GTK theme lubuntu 14.04 uses as default is that answer.
http://lubuntublog.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/theme-convergence.html should
have the answer, if not then feel free to ask Rafael (head of our
artwork team for lubuntu).
