[Bug 1406153] [NEW] prerm of xulrunner 1.9.2 refers to wrong path

Public bug reported:

When removing xulrunner-1.9.2, it cannot find update-alternatives. The prerm script looks in /usr/sbin/update-alternatives,
but update-alternatives is in /usr/bin.
