[Bug 1358787] [NEW] Firefox hangs on right click if pulseaudio is not present/started

Public bug reported:

Reproduce on a fresh ubuntu updated 14.04 system with:

1. sudo apt-get install firefox
2. open firefox (also present with firefox --safe-mode)
3. sudo service pulseaudio stop
4. Right click, firefox will hang.
5. pkill -f firefox # you have to kill firefox because you can't close it while hung
6. sudo service pulseaudio start
7. Open firefox
8. Right click, right click works as expected.
