Here's what I got when I tried to reproduce the issue:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package flashplugin-installer

Try to provide a bug report by pressing Alt+F2 and enter ubuntu-bug flashplugin-nonfree
Ubuntu will create a bug report and send it to Launchpad. Then we can link it to here so everything stays in one report.
