[Bug 1183683] [NEW] rendering of websites sometimes suddenly distorted until reload

Public bug reported:

since the latest update of Firefox sometimes websites get distorted somehow.
this behaviour happens randomly and without interaction.
the distortion can only be fixed with Shift+Reload the page.
