[Bug 1181341] Re: Cannot set up e-mail account with provider with no SMTP

Further research: I can work around the problem provided I turn off the
internet connection and manually set up the IMAP and SMTP settings.
Provided I set the SMTP to mail.crosswire.org I am allowed to put in a
security exception and after that, I can change the SMTP address to a
different one from crosswire. If I start with a different SMTP, I get
the Warning screen with no checkbox. All other servers that I have
tried do not give me this problem. I think it has to do with the nature
of the security of the crosswire site, and the fact that it is not found
in any of the databases. I have tried in vain to get someone who uses
the crosswire mail server to test and confirm, so far without success.
