I'm not sure but this bug a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/1160569; notice
that the later (and one of its duplicates) refer as Distro to Ubuntu
13.04 and Firefox 19 and 20; while this is for Ubuntu 13.10 and Firefox
22.
