[Bug 1178678] [NEW] I cannot highlight words by double clicking

I cannot highlight words by double clicking them. I can no longer triple click the url in the address bar to highlight is all. I could do all of this in Ubuntu 12.10, but not on my fresh install of Raring. I am up-to-date on my updates.
