I would like to have this option too. (Its really useful, if you are a
web dev.) It shouldn't be too hard to implement after the new tab
management is finished.

The things I'm not sure about:
 - Should this be the default behavior or is there any use case in which a shared cookie storage makes sense?
 - What should happen if a tab is moved between windows? Delete the cookies, take them over or ask the user? (Dunno which option is actually possible to implement.)
