[Bug 1205872] [NEW] firefox does not use system cairo

Public bug reported:

Since changeset 133625:52b02042b27f, firefox has been able to build
again with system cairo without requiring patches. This is beneficial as
the current version of cairo in Ubuntu  is many times faster than the
one bundled with mozilla...
