[Bug 1107251] [NEW] Firefox does not render indic scripts properly

Public bug reported:

Firefox does not render indic scripts properly.  Pango is working on the
system properly as is apparent with proper rendering of indic text  in
inkscape and gimp.

you could visit www.maharashtra.gov.in the official website of Government of maharasthra. 
The problem prevails on viewing content in gmail as well as all other sites.
