[Bug 1172824] [NEW] firefox takes very long to open a link from an external program

If I click on a link in skype chat, it takes maybe 30 seconds for
firefox to react and open the link, the same if I report a bug with the
ubuntu-bug command, it takes very long for firefox to react and open
launchpad.
