The security PPA is https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-
security/+archive/ppa. The packages should already have been copied from
there to the archive, and I thought they already had been.

The thunderbird-stable and firefox-stable PPA's have been obsolete and
unmaintained for months. That is not where the latest stable releases go
anymore, and hasn't been for ages. I even blogged to tell people that
they didn't need them anymore.
