Insulting myself and my colleagues is not the best way to get somebody
to help you with your problem. Please have a read of the code of
conduct: http://www.ubuntu.com/project/about-ubuntu/conduct.

In the meantime, there's no point in keeping this bug open. Please don't
report any more Thunderbird or Firefox bugs, as I will just close them
