[Bug 1081694] [NEW] Every tab named "New Tab"

Public bug reported:

When I open a new tab in Firefox and load a page, the words written over
the tab are always "New Tab", even after the page loaded.

Expected - the page's title, url ... anything so that I can distinguish
between tab contents.
