[Bug 1000650] [NEW] Autocomplete - case unsensitive -> problematic

Public bug reported:

In a website with multiple users (many with the "same" characters, but
with different case in many positions), the firefox autocomplete feature
frustrates all login attemps with all "versions" of username except the
first I use.
