[Bug 999110] [NEW] bookmarktoolbar, bookmarks in generall and history doesn't work

Public bug reported:

I see no bookmarks on the toolbar. Also the bookmarkmanager is empty.
And I can't use a backup of the bookmarks. A reinstallation doesn't fix
the bug. After a few minutes the menu bar also doesn't work.
