Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric Ocelot
Firefox 12.0 (updated from Firefox 11.0) by Update Manager

The option "Warn me when closing multiple tabs" is checked, but all the tabs are closed without any warnings.
Furthermore, the single button for list of the tabs (on the right corner of tabs bar) has disappeared; however, after right click and clicking "Customize", appears in the right place.
