[Bug 957089] [NEW] No 3D Web Inspector in Firefox 11, WebGL working

Public bug reported:
If I start the Web Inspector I should see a "3D" button in the bottom
bar close to HTML and Style but I can see only the latter buttons.
Check the video at http://blog.mozilla.com/blog/2012/03/13/firefox-adds-
new-developer-tools-and-add-on-sync/ for a reference of the expected
behaviour.
WebGL works because I can see the spinning cube at http://get.webgl.org/
