WIP v1: Initial tab-based searchbar.

The basics of it work.  Known concerns:

Default engine: Should the first-in-list engine be restored on a new
browsing session/new window?  (Currently the selected engine upon
startup will be the engine of the tab that was selected when the last
session ended.)

Session restore: Should the selected engine and last-search be restored
with the tab?

New tabs: What was suggested in comment 30 seems best, so the question
is whether just to clear or if the engine should also be re-defaulted.
(Currently the new tab has the same data as the last-selected tab,
without the mechanism of clearing on location change).
