[Bug 948038] [NEW] Drop-down buttons have strange visual artifacts when clicked

Public bug reported:

When clicking a drop-down button in the Thunderbird toolbar, the button
doesn't really look de-pressed. Instead, a thick gray border is added to
the bottom and right sides of it, and the button color is darkened, but
not made to look concave.
