[Bug 945175] [NEW] Please update to 11.2 Release Candidate for Precise

Adobe just released the first release candidate for 11.2
(http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer11-2.html)

I think it makes sense to include this in Precise now so it can get
better testing by Ubuntu users.
