[Bug 1010334] [NEW] fullscreen feature is not working after today's update

Public bug reported:

after i installed a update of firefox today and restarted it , i pressed
F11 for fullsreen but it just hid the menu bar. Navigation bar and tabs
are not disappearing.Generally they disappear after 1 or 2 seconds after
switching on the fullscreen .
