[Bug 1030876] [NEW] Slovenian translation present but not shown

Public bug reported:

There's Slovenian translation in Messaging menu missing when using
Messaging menu TB extension.

Well if i'm accurate the slovenian translation is present it just not
used because chrome.manifest is missing a 'sl' locale line.

So if you guys could just add " locale    messagingmenu sl
jar:chrome/messagingmenu.jar!/locale/sl/" to chrome.manifest.
