[Bug 1025986] [NEW] Thunderbird not completely translated

Public bug reported:

I was running 13.0.1 with related language pack (Italian) installed and
my Thunderbird was completely translated into my language.

Suddenly folders names turn back in English (Inbox - Unified Folders,
Drafts, Templates, Sent, Archives, Junk, Trash, Outbox) while almost
everything else remained correctly translated.

I'm sure it's not related to an update, because it started to happen
during my 13.0.1 use, and not since its installation.

The issue persists with Thundebird 14.0.
