[Bug 1020678] [NEW] Right-click on item in History list shows "View Toolbars" menu

Click "History" and drop-down History menu appears.
Right-click on a regular page in History.
Instead of a History-related menu (Delete from History? etc.), a copy of "View Toolbars" menu pops up, containing:
the boxes and labels for Menu Bar, Navigation Toolbar, Bookmarks Toolbar, Add-on Bar, and Customize
appears.
