Desktop releases prior to lucid are no longer supported and receive no
further updates.  At your discretion, please reopen this ticket or
create a new one if you experience this problem in a more recent,
supported release.

We apologize we were unable to deal with the issue you were experiencing
in a better, more timely manner.
