[Bug 703301] Re: npviewer.bin uses too much cpu

I see this too when listening to music linked to from
<http://www.swr.de/swr2/musik/musikstueck/archiv/-/id=2940346/gieis6/index.html#R>,
and notably when the music page is open but not playing.  Using gnash as
my flash player, but I wonder whether this is a bug in software supplied
by Ubuntu or in the web page?  Are there any duplicates for this in
Launchpad?  "npviewer.bin cpu" is clearly a sufficiently popular Google
search that it pops up in their search suggestions with a ready-cached
result list.
