[Bug 912478] [NEW] url bar autocomplete outine appears for a split second before disappearing

This was fixed several releases ago, and is reoccurring  in the 12.04 alpha release as of two or three days ago.
When I start typing in the awesomebar, the outline of the autocomplete dropdown menu will appear for a split second before disappearing.
