[Bug 939712] [NEW] Firefox starts two processes and hangs with grey screen on startup, continues start normally once second process is killed.

Public bug reported:

When Firefox is started, two processes are started instead of one and
the firefox window is just grey, no toolbars, no scrollbars, no menus,
no pages.

When the process with the highest ID is killed, Firefox continues its
start normally.

Behaviour is the same in safe mode and with a clean profile.
