I have problems too, but i think it's not related to firefox but to the last adobe flash player upgrade.
Foxtab stopped listing my favourite sites. I have flashplayerersion 11.1.102.62, Ubuntu11.10, firefox 10.0.2, and i can confirm foxtab is working with flash player 11.1.102.55, same ff, on windows 7 though.
